do not disturb !




i just discovered two bad habits that i have today.

1)when i'm stressed out, i cant sleep.when i lack of sleep, i cant wake up early . And when i'm late, i cant take my breakfast. and when i missed my breakfast, i cant focus at class . and when i cant focus, i fall asleep. and and when i fall asleep i will just sleep like nobody's business. and when i sleep, i'll miss everything.and when i miss everything, i will start to panic therefore i will feel stressed out more then ever.


example: i cant even take a glass of water like i used before. and i end up tekan2 calculator like a pro while actually i have no idea what exactly the number appear on the screen.

2)when i'm stressed out, i tend to do non-productive things such as stalking people at facebook. and when i found something gross, i end up being emo. and when i emo, i tend to eat more. when i eat more, i will start to gain weight (not my weight act. its my tummy -.-) . when i gain weight i'll start to panic therefore i will feel stressed out more than ever.


example: i spend almost ten bucks for my breakfast t'day.pfft

congratulations! you've just multiplied ur stress level by ten times.booooo
